Terms of Service & Billing Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VYNDERO (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Billing Policy (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VYNDERO provides AI-powered tools to generate and optimize video scripts for platform safety, reach, and engagement. The Service is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Free Usage

• New users receive a limited number of free script generations
• No payment method is required for initial free usage
• Free usage may be modified or discontinued at any time

5. Paid Plans & Billing

Subscription Plans

VYNDERO offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

• Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days
• Yearly Plans: Billed once every 12 months

Automatic Billing

By subscribing, you authorize VYNDERO to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

Plan Upgrades

• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Your payment method will be charged the full amount of the new plan at the time of upgrade
• No prorated credits are applied for unused time on your previous plan

Plan Downgrades

• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You will retain access to your current plan features until that time

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the ON/OFF billing toggle in your account.

When you cancel:

• You will not be charged again
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
• After the cycle ends, your account will revert to the free plan

We do not delete your account upon cancellation.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

However, VYNDERO may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in limited cases such as:

• Duplicate charges
• Accidental billing errors
• Technical issues preventing service access

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

Excessive usage, abuse, or attempts to exploit the system will result in denial of refund requests.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Abuse or excessively strain system resources

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content you create using VYNDERO
• VYNDERO retains all rights to its platform, technology, and systems

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, changed, or removed at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYNDERO is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business
• Platform penalties or content performance outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
