VYNDERO Refund Policy

VYNDERO is a subscription-based software platform that provides AI-powered content generation, protection, and optimization for content creators, businesses, and brands.

Subscription Charges

When you subscribe to a VYNDERO plan, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan you selected. Subscription fees are billed in advance and will automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Plan tab inside your dashboard.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When a subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.

No partial-month credits or prorated refunds are provided for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of VYNDERO's software and services, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

Examples of refund exceptions that may qualify for review include duplicate charges, billing errors, and technical issues that prevented access to the service and could not be resolved.

Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full subscription term.

Annual subscription purchases are non-refundable after payment has been successfully processed.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, VYNDERO may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment has been completed.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, VYNDERO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service while the dispute is being reviewed.

Changes To This Policy

VYNDERO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
